As far as I know, there is a new/fresh wind blowing throughout the entire Continent of home-grown endeavours in respect of mineral resources, even if our technology is not modern. The whole idea is to erase unscrupulous so-called hi-tech foreign industry players who come on board to devour what belongs to us, like oxen in the field. Besides, when such opportunities are placed in the hands of our own local companies would they mature and grow. I'd like to implore government to always get involved in any such natural resource business activities, in order to ensure oversight and evaluation for the general good of our people. Isn't this the right way to go? My humble viewpoint. Shalom, Peace and Life to all.
