  Who will monitor and prevent the stealing of the streetlights after installation. Simple gutter grills along roads keep getting stolen by scrap dealers leaving huge holes for car tyres to fall in to and damage the tyre and suspension. Too many thieves.

  It installation is not the problem, but the maintenance. It seems we don't have a regulatory to ensure the effectiveness and the maintenance of state properties in this country. We can all testify how past government were not able to undertake such a decisive action. May God bless Ghana.

  Very good initiative. This is a classical example of application of common sense. We have so much sunshine in Africa so why not go solar to resolve the constant power shortage problem.
