I wrote a research reports about the benefits of offshore banking centers, to the country and presented same to President Kuffour, when I was completing a international investment law module at LLM- international finance & banking at the UK university. My research works was accepted and presented to then
parliament, where they amended the banking Act 2004 to 2016 one to accommodate its set up. It was passed and Barclays bank was appointed to lead its set up at Economic Zone in Tema. This center was going to create jobs for unemployed graduates in the financial sectors. When NPP lost the election & Prof. Mills came to power, this crackhead, led a consistent and persistent efforts to mislead the gullible parliament not to continue the operation of the center. His warped reasoning was that it was created to engage in money laundering activities etc. And as a result, the Central Bank withdrew the license they gave to Barclays hence that project died just like that!!! In my view, these are the type of folks, who need to be charged for economic & job sabotage to the state and jailed for life!! He is a piece of shit!!! The backwardness in our country's progress & rapid economic development is due to folks like that who are round pegs in square holes, appointed to positions, where they are not even fit to be a dog catcher!! Hey, unfortunately they are by default rulling our beautiful country to the ground!!

This vigilantesm or political hooliganism started with NDC in 1992 with one Sofoh Azorka as head/chief of the NDC vigilantes. They brutalized, intimidated and killed NPP members. The media then was silent for whatever reason is best known to them.
Fast forward, before 2016 elections, NPP also formed theirs to counter the NDC. Whatever goes round, surely comes around. And NPP should never forget this Ablekuma North by election.
