A good reason to fire people. They go to work but do nothing. They can't even calculate how much Ghana owes. How can a nation plan if it cannot calculate income and expenditure?
You don't get it. If they wanted to cook the books in their favor, they would have understated the debt, not the other way round. The civil servants responsible for this error must be found and sanctioned... Unless, of course ...
