The Auditor General recently confessed to having overstated our debt stock by over 138.9 billion Ghc. The right figure was just stated. So clearly the debt drop is only a reflection to what the debt originally is.
Exactly how much of the debt has been paid-off and how much has been reduced, in cedis, because of the cedis performance?
