I APPLAUD BOG FOR TAKING SUCH A BOLD INITIATIVE AGAINST HABITUAL DEFAULTERS!
Some institutions charge as high as over 50% interest on loans but you people pretend as if you haven't seen anything. Are they not going against policy rate operations? BOG is full of booklong idiots.
