Okay, you made your point, it was internally generated funds - but the question here is, does that mean, on your invoice it shows a new bus but in reality you are giving out a 15yr old bus???? buses that can travel even 5 mil ...

People like you are the reason corruption us deep rooted in Ghana. You may not see old age since you think old age is a curse. Internally generated fund does not mean you buy a rickety bus at the cost of new one.
Wrong formula. You give one bus to the top Division one team in every region, that is diversity and widespread talent cultivation!
