Is notary public too a post or position? Oh Ghana! Over here in the USA even staff of banks are notary publics are there is no fanfare about it.

Obviously you do t know what a notary public is. This only means that when you need someone to confirm that the name and face on the id is the person, he can do so.
Being a Notary Public is nothing to write home about. It’s shameful that in Ghana, there is a write up about someone who becomes a Notary Public.
say it again I was very surprised when i heard about that. I am a certified notary from one of the states in the US and i don't see it as anything special.
