Everywhere in Ghana when people go for service, even in banks especially, it's the workers there that delay everyone as they speedily attend to those who bribe their way.... Why not consider extending opening hours instead of a 24 hour operation immediately? Is this overambitious or what? I hope they don't pay people who will be sleeping on the job at night with impunity!!!
