I do small mining in Ghana and in the last two weeks have had 7 kilos of gold and all my mining equipment stolen by Ghana Military. No record of the gold nor equipment location???? And Ghana receives not just funds from World Bank and IMF, 28 countries send funds to Ghana Government for purpose of helping the poverty and people of Ghana, Have worked with a dozen villages in outskirts of Ghana on mining and not a single village has received any aid from Ghana Government in last 15 years, so where is the aid?. Ghana Government has said on worldwide TV they have the strongest currency in the World? if so why all this talk about bankruptcy, its easy to tell the government is siphoning funds into companies and offshore, not to the people. Corruption begins at the highest level and trickles down, it is government doing the corruption, not the people. 18 times a bail out???? not a bail out, its a payoff for corruption at government people level.
