Compulsory DNA testing at birth is long overdue. Parliament should consider passing an act to make it mandatory.
It is just confirming fidelity or otherwise, as what is not should not be right.
It doesn't matter which one but it gives clarity, transparency truth and sanctity to an otherwise cheating, ,untruthfulness in the scheme of things.,saving men from toiling to cater for kids not their own.
