Is EOCO a US agency or Ghanaian? The US is corroborating with EOCO to retrieve assets that it's nationals have lost but Ghana is not also requesting the US to get Ghanaians who have been scammed by US nationals. Many of the supposed stolen cars are in fact not stolen but insurance fraud. Some car owners in the US sell their cars to foreigners and latter report them as stolen to claim insurance. Any process to recover such assets must include a court process in Ghana not the current administrative process. What about customs who clear these cars?
