Are you aware that the luxury stolen car ring involves certain people ion Ghana sending their contacts in the USA and Canada specifics of which cars they want shipped back to Ghana, and that these persons in Ghana are aware that they're dealing with car thieves in those countries? Even if it's proven that Shatta Wale knowingly purchased a stolen car, he can't be extradited to the USA unless it's also proven that he directed persons in the USA to steal and ship that car back to Ghana.
