  Afena was rushed to the pros. He did not play much soccer in Ghana before being sold to Italy. He got a lucky scoring 2 goals against Roma and Mourinhno did not help matters promoting him despite his inexperience. The early Black Star call-up did not help either despite Mourinhno saying he was not ready.
