Are trying to say if you started some project and you couldn't finish and another person comes and finish it, the has done nothing, is that what you saying. The new DVLA boss comes and rollout what has been done and you saying he didn't add to it. Did you know that he could've just forget about it entirely and started something else. Stop this I'll mannered thinking, it doesn't speak well of your organization.

  Why is it that the useless npp govt always want to claim credits for every good thing that happens now but they are not ready to accept responsibility for the bad ones especially the huge debts they left behind at the various institutions. The least said about them the better . You left this country in a mess in 8 years but you have the mouth again to be talking and calling for credit , the cheek of it.
