  So now let me reach u that people are not going for the tbills because the govt has managed to drastically reduce the interest, and this has positive retro effect on the economy since it will affect interest rate on loans and also people will channel finds into businesses for growth instead of just give ng everything to govt.
  This is how the economy and businesses will grow. There is time to mol up finds form the system by increasing tbill rate and there is time to free finds into the system by reducing tbill rate.
  There is a lot more to this but with your shallow mindedness I think this is enough info for u to process in ur block head
