From kitchen blenders to meter repairs you find them day and night serving communities. COMMONSENSE. FIND THEM, OFFER THEM HIGHER SKILLS AND CERTIFY THEM AND WORK WITH THEM. It is crazy to want them out of the way when you Ghana Electricity CANNOT COPE WITHOUT THEM.
