Just make the Voodoo person make him blind deaf mad and impotent until he comes back to compensate you for what he has done to you for Ten years before he becomes okay. Yes, you can ask the Voodoo man to make his Penis errect very hard while he goes naked in the streets and Marketplace. He can only be cured if you forgive him after Eight Years. That will be a good punishment. Yes, sometimes Voodoo can be a good source of punishment. That supposed family friend would not have done that in any part of Northern Ghana. There, the Voodoo person can extend the punishment to the family members of the wicked criminal. It is not late. Go to the Voodoo man for a more wicked revenge. This must include total Blindness, Madness, abnormal errection of the Penis while he walks naked in the streets and followed by children. It will be a source of entertainment for the community. Don’t accept any apologies from relatives until after Six years.

  This is no longer the case now. The Supreme Court has ruled in Martin Kpebu vs Attorney General that a surety can not be given jail time if a bailee absconds.

  Rather unfortunate but now things have improved. Uf today, he wouldn't have gone to jail but the brother's house would have been lost for sure.

  I am surprised that defaulting on a bank loan resulted in a prison sentence. If the documents used as security was perfected, the property could have been sold to off set the loan outstanding. Unless there were other underlying issues, I think the incarceration was uncalled for.

  Ali was ignorant of the law and didn't know that using someone else's landed property to bail an accused person before court was a crime. It is more or less like defrauding the owner of the landed property without his consent. That is why he was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment. If it had been a normal granting of surety, he would have been given either 6 months or less. So it was his fault.
