  lumba was an Artist, he uses friends and other people stories to create a music, since he may not have the permission to tell somebodies private life issues in public to make his musical lyrics good artist make the stories their own, so that instead of mentioning names that he is not permitted to do that, he used his own.
  That songs was somebody's story it wasn't Akosua Serwaa who did anything extra ordinary .
  you cannot traditionally divorce your Husband , and when he dies because of properties you come back to claim the rights to perform widowhood.

  Serwaa's marriage to Lumba is a civil marriage, and no customary rites can dissolve a civil marriage. Also, there's no evidence that Serwaa had or Lumba had filed any dissolution of marriage proceedings in any court of law. having multiple children with a spouse that Lumba supposedly married in a traditional procedure has no legal effect since the civil marriage performed in Germany was still active at the time of Lumba's death. If the court recognizes the civil marriage that took place in Germany, and the court very likely will, Broni can't stand in the shoes of a spouse in the eyes of the law, and only her six children will be entitled to inherit from his estate if died without a will. The estate's lawyer states Lumba left behind instructions on division of property. Let's hope that that document is a will and not a set of written instructions that do not have the power of a will. In any case, if Lumba left behind a will, he can't disinherit any surviving minor children of his; also the legal spouse, in this case Serwaa, may have certain rights rights to a share of his estate even if he disinherited her in the will, and that will be determined by the marital laws of Germany where the marriage was entered into. Contacting a law firm to engage in a dissolution of marriage doesn't have same the effect in ending a marriage as a court's final order of dissolution.
