  While Nigeria and Angola have progressive legal regimes backing Standard Production Sharing Agreements that give them 44-84% oil and gas earnings, Ghana, in the other hand gas a bogus, garbage Act 919 backing a predatory Ghana Hybrid System, a colonial , slavery, Concession Royalty Tax System that gives sovereign Ghana less than 21%, because the negotiating technocrats and a few political elites have sold the country cheap to predatory Foreign Oil Companies to continue cushioning their offshore bank accounts at the expense of the masses of they people.
