For her information this isn't the time of team building. The coach has already given 46 players in all in order to get his team. Unfortunately this isn't the time to add new players else you destroy the chemistry of the team. Please stop saying things you don't understand.

Currently with this team the chemistry isn't working so well as we are expecting because the team is finding it difficult to gel. You are not thinking of adding new hands. Where were those new hands when we needed them most?

Stop dabbling with issues you have very limited knowledge about.
