  It's unfortunate that we often fail to respect the individuals who represent us in competitions. Government officials are quick to take their share in every aspect, from allowances to monthly payments. However, when it comes to compensating our young athletes, it suddenly becomes a problem. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Because bonuses gives you more money and when it is not paid on time then you will never get it but your salary will be paid no matter the months or years it takes.
