  Under Akuffo Addo , the NPP government had a deal with the US to set up their military base in the country without parliamentary approval. It was done at the blind side of parliament. They even agreed on certain conditions that Ghanaians objected to them after the full details were put into the public domain.
  The deportation deal was done for humanitarian reasons but still should have gone to parliament. Had this deal not been done, our Ghanaian deportees would have ended up in Rwanda , Libya , Eswathini or the Sudan which would have been a harsher option for the Ghanaian deportees. This is a frivolous law suit .
