Ghana is collecting as much tax today as the US collected in the 90s. Can you compare the infrastructure and quality of life of the US in the 90s to Ghana today? Revenue isn’t the main problem, it’s the financial indiscipline and impunity. In Ghana we pay twice to be a citizen. Pay property rates for decades yet we all have to adopt street lights and roads.
