  This is refreshing news but I don't think it must end there. By this ruling, it means PDS fraudulently collected monies that otherwise should belong to ECG. We must hold them by their "brokoss" for a refund. We must squeeze it hard because such people have no conscience.

  These so call private partnerships appear to just covertly steal from the state institutions. Let's strengthen corporate governance for good results. I don't see any of the diversified stated owned businesses doing better than before diversification. Probably just another means to loot the state assets.
