  This should translate into a budget with 30 percent reduction this year, no need to borrow to supplement our budget anymore, it is senseless and foolishness, lazy approach, we have been doing that for the past 50 years, it does not work, makes no sense, defies logic, it encourages corruption, we have to live within our means, simple and short. How on earth can a government employ 60,000 employees, and end up paying for 98,000 employees, ghost names, it makes no sense, but this is happening in Ghana today, all the digital and Ghana card, nothing works, and the government is paying with our money not his, which comes from the budget. We need to stop the corruption, the looting before it happens, enough is enough, always borrowing from the international market to supplement our budget, debts everywhere, stealing whites peoples money every year through loans, lies, in the name of development, with nothing to show for, we have had enough of being slaves, we need our freedom, through independence, not what is happening in Ghana today., we need to work for our money, not live on loans and pay 10 percent interest.

  Until we start to behead people, remove some limbs and back skins from people, it will not even reduce in size let alone stop.
  Look at Ken Ofori Attah living large in USA after all that he has personally inflicted on both current and future generations of Ghanaians whilst the so-called OSP and Attorney General and Chief Justice and President out there just running their black-mouths?
