  Corrupt leadership. Late Kutu Acheampong renegotiated 53 percent for Ghana and the rest for the mining companies. After Rawlings executed him, Ghana got 10 percent and 90 to the companies. What does that mean? Rawlings was heavily bribed! Today it's 3 percent from 1.5 during ex president Kufuor time. Thieves!!!
