Ghana lacks the lodging, transportation and communication infrastructure to host such a big event. Is Ghana going to go and borrow money from the world bank pay for hosting the World Cup?

When saying anything, look at the danger in Nigeria. It's the Nigerians themselves that are like that, not anybody bringing it upon them.
