The group ought to have probed into the allegations and establish concrete facts before seeking the intervention of the CJ. As it stands all that the group is seeking are based on allegations which aren’t proven facts.
The CJ should just ignore the call as “he who alleges ought to prove the existence of such allegations.”
They want to throw dust in the air as though there wouldn’t be fair trial.
It’s same Ken Ofori Atta whose legal representatives claimed after the successful surgery he was going to return to answer questions to the allegations leveled against him and it’s been months but he has since failed to return. Now they are hiding behind groups to carve out fresh twists. Because they feel he’s untouchable. It won’t work.
Ken Ofori Atta can’t be bigger than Ghana as a sovereign nation. All powers of the country should be triggered to bring him down to account for his stewardship simple. Enough is enough

I thought these objections are raised in court. The defense council can object to the judge siting on the case when it is called. Even this organisation can get to court as an amicus and present their objections.
