The verb here for the President to defend his action is 'suspending' made public, so an honest President would make public his or her decision to lift the suspension before this unwelcome action.

Moving forward, I strongly believe that for the sake of fairness this extension nonsense that is becoming a culture must stop.

This IGP was 60 over 6 years ago!!!!
