I wonder why President Mahama and his government have abandoned the Komenda Sugar Factory.
The royalty rate is not the only benefit,the chiefs must be interested in the community development which have positive impact on their people. Tnx.

There's no job in the Central region and the chiefs welcome the 5% and I think the mining company if started will create jobs.
The most important aspect of the deal should be on development not the royalty rate.Tnx.
