The ministry should come out with a different pay scale and other incentives for those doctors who take up their assignments in certain regions in the country. Use your brains

I read all comments and I believe the answer lies somewhere else. Each of our 276 electoral be allocated 2 medical students each year under full scholarship. They must serve their districts for ten years after graduation. After that they are free to practise anyway they want. I think this reduce the allocation of most places at medical schools to students from the big cities

With the passage of time this will embedded civil and acceptance of culture of no war, etc and keep a vibe that draws pple.

The natives must first serve and stop staying in Accra and South once they come for education.. It must be spread and they are the first agent of change. Pay the natives very well for this idea of going back.

I don't mean don't leave southerners out.. They can play a role.. Still post them but in small numbers with bigger incentives to supplement the natives changing their land.
