  Research allowance for what ? These technical universities should be organizing conferences and symposiums to keep abreast with latest technologies and information. Do all these professionals use their allowances for the intended purposes. No . This was an agreement between the NPP government and the technical universities and this government has a right to review the contract and decide whether to continue it or cancel it . It is unfair to hold this government responsible for something that the previous government under Akuffo Addo failed to do .
