He meant that they were seniors in the national team and even went further to say meet me in the locker room to iron things out as your rep of football when it comes to Agentians means national team. Both called players and not. Please read while putting yourself in the character's shoes. Don't just say things. It's when the guy said Who does he think he is that got him angry.
