  Accept my sympathy 19,000 Miners. Your members' predicament is as a result of the heartless and faceless decision taken by heartless NPP leaders and a regulatory body under their supervision. Instead of paying back to your members, monies due them, they didn't and prided themselves in 3.3 months export reserves. Government is continous. They inherit both assets and liabilities. Instead of the current administration seeing to your members' needs, they aren't but are boasting of increasing import cover reserves to 4.8 months. How does one boast of reserves when they have liabilities caused by their bad regulatory supervision to settle? Ghanaians who invested in fund management companies, regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have not been paid and are also going through the same harsh conditions. Some of them do not have money to buy drugs and keep on dying like fowls whilst they cannot access their own funds due to licence revocation and endless court attendance. When JDM was galavanting for power, he promised to pay them fully within his first year in government. Now he has gotten power and almost one year down the lane, Ato Forson comes around saying something else. God is watching all of us!!!
