It should nd mandatory for every vehicle of public roads to wear a seat belt. No excuses. Seat belts save lives. Overloading on public roads should be an imprisonable offence. Road traffic offenders of lesser chargers should be given community sentence where they are handed over to the buzzstopboyz to serve their community sentences.
