  Shaiman, the difference is that students on university campuses are, presumably, adults - older than 18 by law. Even though sexual relationship between a lecturer and a student (and even another professor) is DISCOURAGED, it is not against any law. Again the exception is in cases of quid pro quo. In many workplaces, you let your employers know if you are dating a coleague, a boss or a subordinate.

  If such Educationists are involved with minors in the School System, they even need to be investigated, prosecuted and imprisoned for longer periods in Prison if such minors are very much under age. Then, they should be imprisoned for over 12 years in Hard Labor. Such incidents have been going on before I entered into the Primary School. Just goal them.
