Her greatest qualification was being a baby mama in the Beautiful Women's Association, probably offering a pound of her flesh for favors. Meanwhile, the qualified people are stuck at home. Even right here on GW people pretending to be journalist but their body of work suggests otherwise. Yes, she may have been just a cleaner but in a place like the office of the presidency she needed the basics and some level of professionalism before she throws away any sensitive document.
