Since when did Dr Ayine know that the proper place to resolve the matter is the court room whilst he is continually taking suspects to media for public prosecution, even case that he is yet to take the suspects to court. Hmmmmmmm we live to see the outcome of his cases.

They should bear in mind that any prosecution that they will secure under this mahama packed courts will be overturned under any future NPP govt.

They have set the ball rolling and the snowball effect is now in am unending loop.

If gonja mafia can discontinue cases before courts but go after his political oponents, then the persecuted side is left with no option than to correct the mess being created by this QNET govt.

I am not a lawyer or has any law background but as an Attorney General, anything that exit your mouth should be factual because it is on record. Why is he disputing what came out through cross examination and what he said for example, the exchange rate, the amount involved etc?

1. Historical reason: the JD replaced the LLB

In the U.S., law was traditionally a bachelor-level degree (LLB).

In the early 20th century, law schools renamed the degree Juris Doctor to reflect its graduate-level rigor.

Despite the new name, the professional culture stayed the same: lawyers were already addressed as “Mr./Ms.” or “Attorney,” not “Doctor.”

So the title didn’t change even though the degree name did.

2. Professional custom matters more than degree name

Titles are driven by custom, not just credentials.

Physicians (MD/DO) → called “Doctor” because patients expect it and clinical authority depends on it.
