A LOT OF PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE RUNNING 24 HR AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES E.G:
1. PASSPORT OFFICE
2. IMMIGRATION - THE CURRENT IMMIGRATION WORK FORCE IS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE TO MEET A 24 HR DEMAND
3. POLICE SERVICE - INADEQUATE PERSONNEL FOR EFFECTIVE 24 HR DEMAND
4. CUSTOMS - SAME AS ABOVE
I CAN GO ON ON ....TO MENTION VARIOUS PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

BUT THE REAL PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE TACKLE IF THE 24 HOUR ECONOMY IS TO WORK EFFECTIVELY AND ALSO ATTRACTIVE IS AS FOLLOWS:

SALARY LEVEL OR CURRENT BASIC WAGE IS WOEFULLY LOW AND UNATTRACTIVE AND IMMEDIATE ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN TO REVIEW THE CURRENT KILLER DAILY WAGE.

CURRENTLY GHANA'S DAILY WAGE IS AMONG THE LOWEST IN WEST AFRICA.

TO ENSURE AN EFFECTIVE 24 HR ECONOMY, WE MUST BE PAID BY THE HOUR LIKE ITS DONE IN THE USA. AND THE HOURLY WAGE MUST BE A LIVING WAGE AND NOT A KILLER WAGE AS IT IS NOW.

EXCEPT THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS PLAYING LIP SERVICE AND TRYING TO AVOID THE REAL PROBLEMS IN THE GROUND.

providing industries to employ the masses.
Better still public entities are not properly cared
for and they would be bound to fail.
The amount of money that is said to be injected into
