The government must scrutinize this alleged romance fraud or scamming case very well. This is because l don't think the said women or alleged victims sent the monies to Abutrica and allies under any threat, coercion or duress but love, trust and will. Who knows the said victims are just criminalizing the kind gesture because something went wrong. Those things happen always in relationship especially when it involves money but that should not be criminalized. Hence, calling on human rights organizations, legal luminaries to weigh these possible facts very well before leaving them to be extradited to USA. My humble suggestion.
