So what is their creation and existence for.They are most paid.for nothing except.to fight imaginary enemies. Who can save theOWABI DAM .Definitely not the workers but a.responsible government. Please demolish all the encroached properties one day station a military battalion permanently there to ward of encroachers. Ration the military every 4 months.
