  Ghanaians are Thieves, if the nation decides to build a stadium today you will see NDC party executives bidding for the contract.They will then sell it at a huge profit to a 3rd party.The 3rd will then construct the stadium at a reduced cost.Both NDC & NPP govts are engaged in this Criminal act..It's the reason why every govt project in Ghana are shoddily done and always of poor quality
