Because Goldbod is operating as an agent for Bank of Ghana per the defunct Precious Minerals Marketing, IMF is classifying it as a loss because there is no way to classify it. When Goldbod takes off fully in 2026, there will not be any issue because they will set aside money for operations that can be accounted for.
