  I want Ghanaweb to enlighten me on an important issue of national relevance. Are there any provisions in the CRC Report that concern the obligatory continuation and completion of development projects in progress by succeeding governments, which were initiated and commenced by the previous administration? Over the years, succeeding governments, especially the NPP administrations, have abandoned projects initiated by their predecessors, which are usually funded by foreign loans, etc. This wastage must be criminalized and offenders sanctioned. It puts a burden on the national coffer and deprives the citizens of their fair share of development. IT MUST BE A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION!

  Ghanaians must be weary of these politicians by not allowing them to change the amendment of entrenched provisions/clauses through a national referendum to parliamentarians. We want the immunity clauses removed so that the president MP or any other appointee immune to prosecution while in office face the law when tbe breach the law. The people should still have the power to amend entrenched provisions in our constitution. We don't want anything call semi-entrench. If allowed the two biggest parties who will be the ultimate beneficiaries can collude to change these provisions for their benefits. For example, the parties with tbe largest rep in parliament can collude to extent the term limit to 7 years if this clause or provision is made semi-entrench. We need to be careful with these greedy politicians who want to hang on to power to milk our nation
