THE PRICE FOR 5 KILOS WAS 160 CEDIS. DOES IT MEAN WE ARE IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM NOW. YOUR ADMINISTRATION SO FAR IS QUITE BETTER THAN AKUFFO ADDO. THINGS HAVENT CHANGED MUCH. UTILITY BILLS.
