The judiciary has been enhanced to suit the gov't so how can prosecuting financial related issues be compromised by the alleged former appointees?. Ay3 ka. They have deceived us.

Residents of the Hall are trained to be tough so as to be able to meet with life's challenges. You are the President of Ghana. You promised ORAL, then when you come to power, you don't realize that you need to change the legal framework to fight corruption and try cases speedily ? Dies ur gave to take Domelevo to tell you ? No ! It means they want the status quo to remain so they can limit state resources.
ORAL will indeed fail if they don't stop the pretence.
In that case NDC should be ready to be voted out in 2028.

ORAL was a deceptive ploy by President Mahama to win our votes because Ghanaians wanted Akuffo Addo and his cronies to pay for their crimes. But looking at the pace and the trajectory of the how these cases are being prosecuted, Ghanaians are now convinced that the government is not serious with going after these criminals and Domelevo has attested to that fact. If someone is living large with a lot of properties and hefty bank accounts that does not reflect his income and other financial business they have, that alone is proof beyond reasonable doubt for prosecution. The slow pace in the prosecution of these cases is very disappointing. The OSP and the AG are not up to the task . Domelevo will have been a better SP or AG and he should be considered for position if he has a legal background. Enough of the words Ghanaians want action.

It was obvious from the beginning that, cases were too many and so disgusting that, one couldn't get effective convictions through these regular court systems. 20yrs ago Kufour figured it out and set up Fast track courts to deal and move cases up promptly. So there's precedence. Why Mahama and ORAL couldn't figure this scenario is very sad, questionable. I am pro Mahama and ndc sympathiser but this lackadaisical approach to accountability is very unfortunate. This must be corrected asap. It's not late. Getting the stolen money back is extremely important, more important than jail sentences. And if they're collecting the monies, they should communicate that to the public because we'll like to see progress
