I remember very well when a former deputy Attorney general told the whole nation that they knew where she is and that they were going to bring down to serve her sentence. Not knowing that wasn't the case. Moreover, you know as a lawyer that Ken's case is different. Wasn't Ken invited to come and answer to some on going investigations in which he was fingered. Did he honor the invitation or he didn't.
