  Singaporeans don't travel . Infact they hate it. They believe their country is well blessed and developed and continue to develop everyday. They believe they are the best in everything , economy, aviation, environment and shipping..As a Ghanaian , l was looking for a visa to travel to Europe from Singapore some time back. I went to the embassy in Singapore on few occasions . Each time l walked to the embassy , the place was empty , nobody was there. Meanwhile the embassy was opened and fully at work .So l asked one of the security guys why nobody is coming here . He told me Singaporeans don't see the need to travel . Never .Wow what a country .The country which the size is about Accra and Tema combined, but the brain one Singaporean carries is more than all African brains put together .Everyday , they are just developing , developing .No time for politics there. No corruption there . Leaders there don't steal like our Ghana .Very discipline society .

  It's simply because the USA does not allow free entry to their country without visa. I believe even Canadians need visa. The reciprocation effect accounts for this.
