  Albert Nyarko -- Vienna City's popular DJ known and DJ Antic back then -- admitted in his signed confession -- that he stole our car in 2018. The police refused to pursue the case because we are dreadlocked Americans. We responded by moving $1.2 billion worth of contracts away from Ghana.
  
  I will do it again. Every time a Ghanaian hurts me because I am an American, I take steps to help Americans avoid the same pain.

  All Landlords renting to foreigners for stay must register their tenants details at the nearest police station. Invest in the infrastructure- you won't be disappointed.
  This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.
  What criminal would want their details at the police station? So Ghana becomes unattractive for nigerian scammers.
  Only the wise can comprehend
